Event Expedia collaborates with third-party vendors such as decorators, caterers, and photographers. While we ensure coordination and quality, we are not liable for vendor-specific issues, delays, or failures beyond our control. Vendor terms may apply separately.
7. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to the scope of work after confirmation may incur additional charges. Last-minute changes are subject to feasibility and availability.
8. Liability
Event Expedia shall not be liable for unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or vendor failures. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and branding is the property of Event Expedia and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
10. Media & Promotions
Event Expedia reserves the right to use event photos and videos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
