At Event Expedia, we are committed to delivering high-quality event management services with professionalism and care. Due to the nature of our services, which involve advance planning, vendor bookings, and resource allocation, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows.
Booking and Payments
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. This advance secures your event date, resources, and initial planning efforts.
Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel your event after confirming the booking, the following terms will apply:
If cancellation is made well in advance before any major bookings or vendor commitments have been initiated, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting administrative and planning charges.
If cancellation is made after vendors, venues, or third-party services have been booked, the advance amount is non-refundable. Any additional costs already incurred will also be payable by the client.
If cancellation is made close to the event date, where significant work, coordination, and bookings have already been completed, no refund will be applicable.
Refund Policy
All payments made towards bookings, vendor services, or event execution are generally non-refundable due to the advance commitments involved.
Any eligible refund, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after review and approval. The final decision regarding refunds rests with Event Expedia.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your event, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. Any additional costs arising due to rescheduling, including vendor charges or price differences, will be borne by the client.
In cases where rescheduling is not feasible, the cancellation terms mentioned above will apply.
Third-Party Services
Event Expedia works with various third-party vendors such as venues, decorators, photographers, and entertainers. Each vendor may have their own cancellation and refund policies. The client agrees to adhere to those policies, and Event Expedia will not be liable for refunds governed by third-party terms.
Force Majeure
Event Expedia shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust the event where possible.
